…………a blank mind!!!!!

Umm it’s been three days and my mind has gone blank. The creativity part of my brain is on strike and looks like it’s decided not to spring any new ideas for me to write my daily blog……………………….. Now what to do?? Not one for accepting defeat so very easily……………….a fighter all the way, I thought, I will inspire all to some healthy aspects of apples!!! ………..  Yup thats right I said APPLES!!! Lol hee hee       🙂

You’ve heard, “an apple a day will keep the doctor away.” While it will certainly take more than a daily apple to keep you healthy, it is a step in the right direction. A medium apple is about 80 calories, full of fibre and antioxidants. Don’t peel your apple as two-thirds of the fibre and lots of antioxidants are found in the peel. Antioxidants help to reduce damage to cells, which can trigger some diseases.

 

 

There are hundreds of varieties of apples on the market today, although most people have only tasted one or two of the most popular such as Red Delicious or Granny Smith. Apples can be sweet, tart, soft and smooth or crisp and crunchy, depending on the one you choose. There is an apple to suit almost everyone’s taste, so why not choose one. Have an apple today!
